Thanks to a system that allows check-in via a special link received via SMS or email, our guests can access their apartment easily and quickly. This solution is not only convenient, but also provides flexibility, allowing you to check in at any time, regardless of the opening hours of the reception, which is available until 20:00.
Self check-in
- Guests can check in anytime after 3pm, without having to queue at reception.
- Ability to check-in from anywhere via a link sent via SMS or email.
- No need for direct contact with staff at check-in means a faster and more efficient process
- The ability to fill in your details by yourself and tick the necessary consents in the privacy of your device.
- The ability to check in at any time of the day or night, which is particularly beneficial for those travelling in the late evening or early morning.
- Despite the ability to check-in on your own, hotel staff available until 8pm can provide support and answer questions, improving the overall guest experience.
Self-registration process:
- Guests receive a link to check-in on arrival via SMS or email.
- The guest fills in the necessary personal information and ticks the consents required by the hotel.
- Upon completion of the process, the guest receives, via the same link, an access key in the form of a PIN to enter the property and the room.
Private parking
Guests traveling by car can use the private, gated parking located in the courtyard of Carvala Apartments. This is a safe and convenient solution, especially since it is only a few minutes' walk from the attractions of the bustling city.
